Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project seeks a Mid-Level Giving Associate Director to lead the mid-level donors portfolio ($5,000–$24,999 annually) and drive strategic fundraising, engagement, and retention. You will coordinate with frontline fundraisers, Marketing & Communications, and senior leadership to ensure a donor-centered experience.

You will oversee moves-management, segmentation, and engagement strategies, while managing vendor relationships and ensuring program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Seven years of fundraising or sales experience.
• Five years of demonstrated achievement identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding mid-level donors.
• Three years of staff management experience in fundraising leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish donor qualification criteria and moves-management strategies for mid-level donors ($5,000–$24,999).
• Oversee donor segmentation, engagement tracking, and progression strategies.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the mid-level giving program.
• Provide leadership and development to the mid-level giving team.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate ROI for the program.
• Maintain donor relations to strengthen retention and upgrades.
• Utilize Salesforce to track interactions and analyze giving trends.
• Collaborate with Major Gifts, Direct Response, and Donor Stewardship teams.
