Job summary

Qualifications

• At least three years of individual giving or relevant fundraising experience.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Tessitura, Raiser’s Edge, Blackbaud, Salesforce preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; love of performing arts a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of 350+ households, with donors giving $2,500-$7,499 and prospects at Christensen Society level.
• Supports Christensen Society activities with strategy, planning, and recognition.
• Solicits donors via face-to-face, written, and electronic methods with meaningful touchpoints to increase giving.
