Qualifications

• 1–3 years of individual giving or fundraising experience.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Tessitura, Raiser's Edge, Blackbaud, Salesforce).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Love of performing arts a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Friends of SF Ballet membership program ($75-$2,499).
• Solicit donors through direct mail, email, and phone to meet revenue goals.
• Develop personalized solicitation plans for a curated portfolio.
• Maintain donor records and ensure stewardship events.
