Job summary

Qualifications

• One to three years of individual giving or fundraising experience.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Tessitura, Raiser’s Edge, Blackbaud or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Friends of SF Ballet membership program ($75-$2,499).
• Solicit Friends-level donors via direct mail, email, and phone to meet revenue goals.
• Develop personalized donor solicitation and stewardship plans.
• Maintain donor records and correspondence in Tessitura.
• Plan and execute donor events with the Events Team.
