Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical certification preferred.
• Two years of combined classroom training and work experience in mechanical repair preferred.
• CDL Class A license is preferred and must be obtainable within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties on heavy-duty vehicles.
• Conducts standard preventive maintenance and component inspections.
• Diagnoses mechanical and electronic issues using diagnostic equipment.
• Interacts with customers/drivers to determine nature of the problem.
