Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated aptitude and experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines, including routine preventative maintenance like oil changes, brake and tire work.
• Ability to perform basic diagnostics and repairs on AC and electrical systems.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience; CDL class A preferred where required.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repair duties, including preventive maintenance and complex inspections.
• Interact with customers/drivers to determine the nature of the issue.
• Utilize shop management systems and electronic documentation; adhere to safety and DOT guidelines.
• Mentor Tech 1 and Tech 2 levels and support operations as needed.
