Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification preferred.
• Valid CDL Class A license preferred.
• Must pass Ryder drug test and DOT physical.
• CDL must be obtained within 6 months after hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty vehicles.
• Perform standard vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues using diagnostic tools.
• Identify root causes and replace defective components as instructed.
• Maintain shop and retrofitting equipment according to safety standards.
