Job summary

Integration Innovation, Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Mid-Level Test Engineer/Analyst to join the AVMC lab supporting the development, test, and fielding of a tactical missile defense system. You will work with real-time HWIL systems, tactical software and hardware, and digital representations of complex defenses.

The role emphasizes design and maintenance of test cases, performance analysis, modeling and simulation, and documentation of results for system integration and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience.
• Direct operational or test experience with Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) required.
• Active secret clearance required.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test cases to support software and system integration.
• Analyze performance of missile defense system and/or algorithms; support MandS and post-flight reconstruction.
• Document results of test cases in software and hardware test reports.
• Develop system requirements to support system functionality.
