Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Direct operational or test experience with Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS).
• Proficient in data manipulation/analysis, data visualization, signal/data processing, electromagnetics, and system engineering using MATLAB or similar tools.
• Ability to analyze problems, research, summarize results, and recommend actions.
• Ability to develop reports/briefings explaining complex system behaviors.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.
• Experience with THAAD, C, C++, Linux/Unix, and MS Office.
• Must have U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analysis tools and perform complex analysis on missile defense system/algorithm performance.
• Develop and maintain test cases to support software and system integration.
• Support projects including performance analysis, modeling & simulation, post-flight reconstruction, and risk reduction.
• Apply engineering principles across systems.
• Analyze and document test results in software/hardware reports.
• Develop system requirements to support functionality.
• Other duties as assigned.
