Job summary

Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3) is seeking a Mid-Level Test Engineer/Analyst for an AVMC lab supporting tactical missile defense systems. You will work with HWIL, real-time software/hardware, and complex system models to test and evaluate performance.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, US citizenship with an active secret clearance, and strong MATLAB/C/C++ skills. Occasional travel up to 10% may be required, with on-site work in Huntsville, AL.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience is required.
• Direct operational or test experience with Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) is required.
• US Citizenship and active secret clearance is required.
• Proficient in data manipulation and analysis, data visualization, signal/data processing, electromagnetics, or systems engineering using MATLAB or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document results of test cases in software and hardware test report documentation.
• Develop and maintain test cases to support software and system integration.
• Analyze tool design and perform complex analysis on missile defense system and/or algorithm performance.
• Support a broad range of projects including performance analysis, modeling & simulation, post-flight reconstruction, and risk reduction efforts.
• Develop system requirements to support system functionality.
