Job summary

Maximum Technology Corporation in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Mid-Level Test Engineer/Analyst to join an AVMC lab supporting a tactical missile defense system. You will work with real-time HWIL systems, tactical software/hardware, and digital representations of complex systems.

The role focuses on analyzing tools, developing test cases, and supporting tests and simulations across projects, with a strong emphasis on data manipulation, visualization, and engineering reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience.
• Active secret clearance.
• Direct operational or test experience with Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS).
• Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, visualization, and signal processing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tool design and development for missile defense system performance.
• Develop and maintain test cases for software and system integration.
• Support performance analysis, modeling & simulation, post-flight reconstruction, and risk reduction efforts.
• Apply engineering principles across system engineering concepts and methods.
• Analyze and summarize test results in reports and briefings.
• Develop system requirements to support functionality.
