Job summary

Maximum Technology Corporation, a Huntsville, AL-based small business, seeks a Mid-Level Test Engineer/Analyst to join an AVMC lab supporting missile defense system development and fielding. You will work with HWIL systems, real-time software/hardware, and complex system representations to analyze performance and improve tools.

Responsibilities include test-case development, performance analysis, modeling & simulation, and creating system requirements.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience.
• Direct operational or test experience with Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) is required.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis, data visualization, signal and data processing, electromagnetics, and/or system engineering using MATLAB or similar tools.
• Ability to recognize and analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, and make appropriate recommendations.
• Ability to develop and/or contribute to reports and briefings that explain complex system behaviors effectively to a broad range of audiences.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.
• Active secret clearance

Maximum Technology Corporation is a small business in Huntsville, AL. MTC focuses on providing DoD customers with efficient, cost-effective, and innovative solutions in data management, software engineering, system engineering, test and evaluation support, information technology, and information system security.

We are seeking a motivated Mid-Level Test Engineer/Analyst to join a well-established team in an AVMC lab that supports the development, test, and fielding of a tactical missile defense system. The selected candidate will work with real-time hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) systems, tactical software & hardware, and digital representations of complex missile defense systems.

Position Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:

• US Citizenship.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience developing and/or improving complex analysis tools using MATLAB.
• Experience in real-time analysis using Linux/Windows Operating Systems.
• Experience with Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD).
• Experience in C, C++, Linux/Unix operating systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
