• Lead complex commercial litigation and business disputes in federal and state courts and before arbitration panels, managing all aspects from case assessment, strategy development, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and depositions through trial and oral advocacy.
• Responsibilities include coordinating experts, overseeing large case dockets, conducting fact investigations (interviews and records review), and drafting litigation strategies, briefs, and motions.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and paralegals, supporting their professional development and training.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, including general counsels, executives, boards, and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners on business development and client relationship management, participating in pitches and proposals, with active encouragement and a clear path to grow a personal practice.
• Requires an active law license in Indiana.
