Job summary

Ice Miller in Columbus seeks a senior litigation attorney to manage complex litigation and business disputes in federal and state courts and before arbitration panels, overseeing pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial advocacy.

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, including general counsels, executives and boards; supervise junior associates and paralegals; and collaborate with partners on business development and ongoing client engagement to grow the practice.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, including general counsels, executives, boards, and other key stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and paralegals, contributing to their professional development and training.
• Collaborate with partners on business development and client relationship management, including participation in pitches, presentations, proposals, and ongoing client engagement, with active encouragement to grow a practice.
