• The firm's courtroom-tested trial lawyers successfully handle significant and challenging cases in federal and state courts, arbitration tribunals, and administrative bodies nationwide.


• Responsibilities include conducting legal research; drafting motions, briefs, legal memoranda, initial pleadings, and discovery responses.


• The role involves navigating and managing all aspects of discovery disputes, conducting and managing all fact and expert discovery (including e-discovery strategy and processes), and taking and defending depositions.


• The position requires the ability to manage litigation independently or as part of a team.
