Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Active Indiana law license.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of complex litigation from pleadings to trial.
• Manage business disputes in federal and state courts and arbitration panels.
• Draft and develop litigation strategies, pleadings, briefs, and motions; conduct depositions.
