• The position offers meaningful direct client interaction.
• Required experience includes drafting and responding to pleadings, motions, and written discovery, conducting legal research, and preparing case strategy.
• Preferred experience includes taking and defending depositions, preparing for and participating in mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings, and trial experience.
• Federal or state judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Large law firm experience is strongly preferred.
