I’m currently working with a respected, full-service law firm that is actively seeking a Senior-Level Commercial Litigation Associate to join their Litigation Practice Group in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead complex litigation matters, mentor junior attorneys, and work closely with sophisticated clients in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of complex commercial litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial strategy.
- Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and paralegals, fostering professional growth and team development.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, managing relationships with general counsel, executives, and boards.
- Contribute to business development through client pitches, proposals, and ongoing engagement initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Active license to practice law in Indiana.
- 5+ years of litigation experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
