Overview

• Handle sophisticated commercial litigation and complex business disputes, including contract disputes, business torts, partnership or shareholder disputes, and fiduciary duty claims.
• Draft substantive motions, briefs, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, conduct legal research, and develop litigation strategies.
• Manage written discovery, document production, and other aspects of fact and expert discovery.
• Support case strategy development, prepare for significant case events and proceedings, and manage significant matter components with partner supervision.
• Experience taking depositions and appearing in court for conferences or on discovery matters is a plus.
• BCLP structures matters with lean staffing, providing associates with meaningful responsibility for cases, client interactions, and litigation strategy.
