• The Commercial Litigation Practice advises clients in high-stakes business disputes across a wide range of industries, including contract disputes, class actions, business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, antitrust litigation, and intellectual property litigation.
• The practice handles all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation counseling and strategic planning to trial and appellate proceedings, assisting clients through both court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution methods.
• The role involves supporting various aspects of case preparation, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, and assisting senior lawyers in developing case strategies.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating discovery processes, reviewing and organizing documents, managing evidence collection, and managing case files to ensure deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
