Job summary

Integrity Technology Consultants, a Woman Owned Small Business, seeks a Mid-level Business Process Engineer with a TS/SCI clearance and polygraph. The role focuses on leading Agile practices, process improvement initiatives, and cross-team collaboration to modernize business processes in government contracting environments.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or business and 7 years of BPR experience, with strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI clearance with FS polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or business with 7 years BPR experience.
• 5+ years applying process improvement methods (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma).
• Experience leading Scrum/Agile teams and projects.
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments to enable team productivity and protect from scope creep.
• Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
• Track and communicate velocity, burndown, and sprint health metrics.
• Define and maintain business processes to meet objectives.
• Lead cross-team coordination for enterprise-wide process improvements.
