Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience facilitating business process modernization in government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for cross-functional technical team.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retros.
• Coordinate engineering activities to support sprint execution and delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments, blockers, and dependencies affecting team productivity.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
• Track metrics, velocity, burndown, and delivery progress.
