Job summary
CAC I International Inc. is seeking a Business Process Engineer to serve as Scrum Master for a cross-functional team, driving agile ceremonies and enterprise-wide process improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business required.
- 7 years BPR experience required.
- 5+ years Scrum Master for software teams (GOT integration).
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
- Agile methodologies and process improvement focus.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove blockers.
- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles.
- Track velocity, burndown, sprint health.
- Coordinate cross-team integration and enterprise-wide reengineering.
- Define and maintain business processes to meet objectives.
- Assist government transitioning of project teams.
