Erias Ventures, LLC is seeking a Business Process Engineer to serve as the Scrum Master and cross-functional coordinator for a multi-disciplinary technical team. You will ensure enterprise-wide integration of engineering efforts by conducting daily scrum meetings and coordinating sprint cadences.

The role requires guiding teams on Agile principles, removing blockers, and driving process improvements within a government contracting context; a Top-Secret/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or business from an accredited college or university.
• 7 years of experience conducting BPR activities.
• 5 years experience using process improvement methodologies (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma).
• Active Top-Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph required (cannot be sponsored).

Responsabilités

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and blockers to enable team productivity.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
• Track velocity, burndown, sprint health and communicate metrics.
• Coordinate between multiple project teams for enterprise-wide integration.
• Define, implement, and maintain business processes to meet objectives.
