Job summary

Nobel Biocare in the Mid-Atlantic region seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive regional sales goals, lead the field sales team, and implement the company strategy across Washington DC, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

You will recruit, train, coach and motivate sales personnel, manage budgets and forecast sales, build KOLs, and collaborate with Marketing and Customer Support to optimize product launches and drive top-line growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of B2B sales achievement (quota).
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Proficient communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable record.

Responsibilities

• Achieve region’s sales goals within defined timeframes.
• Direct activities of the sales force in line with strategies and plans.
• Prioritize top-line sales and develop key opinion leaders.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate field personnel.
• Develop annual sales goals and projections for the region.
• Visit assigned customers regularly to promote products and gather feedback.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Coordinate communications between sales and home office.
