Job summary

Star Dental Partners is seeking a Regional Director of Operations for the Mid-Atlantic region (Washington DC and Maryland). The role emphasizes field leadership, executing operational strategies, and driving practice performance with a competitive compensation package including bonus and equity incentives.

The RDO will oversee affiliations, onboarding, and the implementation of company procedures while traveling frequently to practices in the DC and Maryland area.

Qualifications

• P&L responsibilities and experience with budget management.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with practice teams and central support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Spend 60 percent of your time in the field visiting and supporting affiliated dental practices.
• Provide oversight, strategic guidance, and operational support across the region (Washington DC & Maryland).
• Assist onboarding and integration of affiliated practices and implement company procedures.
• Maintain regular communication with doctors and staff during field visits.
• Review practice trends and performance with monthly operational reviews to grow Revenue and EBITDA.
• Develop and implement operational processes in collaboration with the VP of Operations.
• Collaborate with each practice to help resolve operational issues.
• Contribute to policies and best practices to scale the organization.
