Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain within a reasonable time frame.
• 7–10 years of fire protection engineering experience, with ≥3 years in leadership or management.
• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems design and relevant codes (NFPA, IBC, UBC).
• Experience launching or starting up a business unit in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute market entry and growth strategy for the Mid‑Atlantic SLS service line.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team of engineers and professionals.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and quality across projects from inception to completion.
• Manage client relationships, business development, and contract negotiations.
• Establish scalable processes, KPIs, and safety/compliance standards.
