Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related field required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Fire Protection Engineering or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 7-10 years in fire protection engineering with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Mid-Atlantic market entry and growth strategy for SLS.
• Oversee fire protection engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of engineers and staff.
• Manage full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow for the Service Line.
• Establish scalable processes, quality systems, and safety protocols.
• Drive client relationships and cross-sell SOCOTEC services.
