Job summary

SOCOTEC USA is seeking a Regional Fire & Life Safety Manager to launch and grow the Mid-Atlantic fire protection engineering division. The role requires strategic leadership, business development, and the ability to build and manage a scalable team of engineers and professionals.

The candidate will establish operational processes, drive market penetration, manage P&L for the service line locally, and ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• PE license in Fire Protection Engineering or ability to obtain one.
• 10+ years in fire protection engineering with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow the fire protection engineering division in the Mid-Atlantic.
• Define market entry and growth strategy for SLS.
• Lead a team of engineers, designers, and admins.
• Oversee projects from inception to completion within budgets and schedules.
• Develop and maintain key client relationships with owners, developers, contractors, and engineers.
• Achieve growth targets and ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
