Lakeshore Management is seeking an experienced Community Manager for a new Modena, NY property to drive occupancy, revenue growth, and top-quality resident experiences.

The role combines sales, operations, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment, with expectations for performance metrics, budget adherence, and vendor management. The position requires weekend availability and occasional overnight travel for training and events.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in property management, sales, or operations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with performance metrics and goals.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and be on-call after hours.
• Travel for training/events approx. quarterly, including overnight stays.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations including budgeting, rent collection, expense control, and vendor management.
• Drive occupancy through marketing, leasing, and home sales activities.
• Manage full prospect lifecycle: lead follow-up, appointments, tours, and closings.
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a welcoming community.
• Hire, train, and develop team members; promote accountability and collaboration.
• Ensure property safety, compliance, and high standards of curb appeal.
