Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in property management, sales, or operations.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and travel for training/events

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including budgeting, rent collection, expense control, and vendor management.
• Drive occupancy through marketing, leasing, and home sales activities; manage prospect lifecycle.
• Oversee lease renewals and resident retention; track pipeline and adjust strategies.
• Lead maintenance, safety, and compliance; coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors.
• Hire, train, and develop team members; foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
• Enforce community rules and company policies; ensure quality and curb appeal.
