Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Surgical Sales Specialist to drive microsurgery product adoption in the Greater Seattle region.

You will develop relationships with doctors and nurses, implement strategic plans, and meet annual sales goals through a consultative approach. Based in Seattle with a territory covering WA, OR, MT, ID and AK, you will travel up to 75% and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR 5+ years of OR High School degree required.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to develop rapport with hospital staff and surgeons.

Responsibilities

Develop business with current customers and new customers in all product groups, building the GEM brand and supporting the mission of being "the microsurgeon\'s most trusted resource."
Supporting local, regional, and national trade shows and sales meetings
Calling on prospective customers, providing technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations
Maintaining effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect; meeting internal and external expectations
Monitoring sales against forecasts and analyzing market potential for the territory
Coordinating with hospital administration, supply chain management, and purchasing
Demonstrating support for others and contributing to cross-functional efforts
Providing feedback to supervisor and marketing for programs, pricing, and product revisions
