Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in Texas seeks a MCA Regional Sales Specialist who will represent Baxter, build relationships with doctors and nurses, and drive sales across the microsurgery portfolio.

You will implement strategic plans with leadership, travel frequently to meet clients, and participate in regional trade shows. A bachelor’s degree with 3+ years' experience or 5+ years in OR sales is required.

The role includes earning potential via SIP and a pay range of 83,000–114,000 USD per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or 5+ years operating room sales experience.
• Ability to develop rapport with customers within the sales region and throughout the US market.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight trips and regional trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Develop business with current and new customers across product groups to grow the GEM brand.
• Support local, regional, and national trade shows and sales meetings.
• Call on prospective customers, provide technical information and demos.
• Maintain relationships with customers and meet internal/external requirements.
• Monitor sales against forecasts and analyze market potential for the territory.
• Coordinate with hospital administration, supply chain, and purchasing.
