Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) TAM role acts as senior liaison between Day 2 operational services and Microsoft clients. The TAM provides executive guidance, strategic alignment, and value realization across all Microsoft engagements, ensuring healthy, growing relationships and long-term partnership success.

This position requires deep Microsoft ecosystem knowledge and the ability to translate complex tech into business value for senior client audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years in a technical account management or solutions consulting role in Microsoft ecosystem.
• Proven ability to engage C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight for Microsoft client portfolios and drive value realization.
• Collaborate with CSF on regular Business Reviews and MSFT technology insights.
• Advise clients on Microsoft roadmap developments, licensing changes and adoption best practices.
• Guide cloud adoption, migration planning, and optimization per CAF and WAF.
