Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Microsoft Inside Account Manager to manage day‑to‑day Microsoft account requests, quotes, orders, and licensing transactions. You will coordinate contract processes and ensure a seamless customer experience across CSP, EA, and MPSA programs.

You will partner with Licensing Strategists and Success Managers to drive operational excellence, improve processes, and support customer growth while maintaining compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience providing Microsoft licensing sales support desirable.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational extension of the Licensing Strategist for Microsoft accounts.
• Handle licensing, quoting, ordering, and administrative activities for customers.
• Prepare, validate, and deliver quotes across CSP, EA, MPSA, and other licensing programs.
• Coordinate order placement, contract processing, and entitlement submissions.
• Validate pricing and licensing requirements prior to quote submission.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support customer retention and success.
