Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Microsoft Operations Specialist - Tier 1 to process Microsoft orders, maintain price lists, and manage customer agreements. The role supports the sales organization with deal registrations and partner relations, ensuring accurate quotes and timely orders.

You will work across SHI's ERP, CRM, and EMS systems, collaborating with partners and vendors to optimize operational excellence and drive continuous improvement in licensing processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency using CRM software to manage customer data and interactions.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with SharePoint for document management and workflows.
• Able to translate complex problems for stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Understand Microsoft licensing policies and apply them to programs.
• Process orders and credits for sales reps via SHI systems and Microsoft portal.
• Post and confirm pricing sheets to internal sites for reference by sales.
• Create licensing part numbers in SHI's ERP system.
• Create/update customer agreements in CRM and EMS.
• Maintain timely responses to inquiries and support deal registration processes.
• Provide guidance on licensing, pricing, and procedures to SHI's global sales force.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to automation efforts.
