Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Microsoft Strategic Growth Architect in Atlanta to lead Microsoft-led transformation opportunities across AI, cloud, data, and digital portfolios. You will build C-suite relationships, shape industry narratives, and drive strategic growth with Microsoft co-sell motions, improving TCV and pipeline.

The role requires 40% travel and offers compensation with the possibility of incentives, bonuses, or commissions, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of consulting, professional services, business development, alliance, sales engineering, or enterprise transformation experience.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Fabric, Data & AI, and app modernization.
• Demonstrated success creating and shaping multi-million-dollar pursuits.
• Strong executive communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Experience collaborating across sales, alliances, account teams, delivery organizations, and industry practices.
• Knowledge of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, open-weight models, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, and enterprise application ecosystems preferred.
• Microsoft certifications strongly preferred
