Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Customer Success Manager - Microsoft in Austin, TX. You will onboard customers, act as SME for Microsoft-related platforms, and guide product usage and renewals while collaborating with sales and internal teams to align offerings with customer objectives.

The role requires building strong relationships, analyzing consumption data, and driving successful service delivery. Travel to events may be needed.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.
• 2-4 years of experience in a technical, business, or sales role.
• 1+ year of experience selling Cisco products.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and guide them through their product/service lifecycle to ensure retention and growth.
• Serve as SME for platforms, tools, or services relevant to the role.
• Plan and conduct Regular Customer Success Reviews to review usage, roadmaps, and feedback.
• Analyze consumption reports and provide insights for renewal strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to ensure positive experiences.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to align offerings and drive co-selling opportunities.
• Provide support to project teams to ensure successful delivery of services.
• Continuously learn about new product technologies and offerings relevant to the role.
• Manage workflow of orders and ensure timely delivery with customers and carriers.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams on status and needs.
