Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to onboard customers and guide them throughout the product lifecycle. You will manage relationships with key customers, analyze reports, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, along with 2-4 years in a technical or sales role, and experience in Cisco sales support, including proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a technical, business, or sales role.
• 1+ year experience in a Cisco dedicated sales support position.
• Proficient in creating quotes within Cisco’s Commerce Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and guide them through their product lifecycle.
• Function as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for relevant platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
