Responsibilities

Develops and delivers Microsoft certificate courses in a safe, effective learning environment.
Adapts teaching methods for diverse learners (entry-level to upskilling professionals).
Maintains labs and project-based learning to align with industry needs.
Guides students in certification exam preparation and portfolio development.
Collaborates with employers to align training with workforce needs.
Adheres to Alvin Community College policies and procedures.
Attends institutional meetings as required.
Other duties as assigned.
