Alvin Community College seeks an experienced Integrated Technology Adjunct Instructor to educate and prepare students for today’s technology-driven workplace.

The ideal candidate will possess broad knowledge of technology concepts, including computer applications, productivity software such as Microsoft Office, emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, digital collaboration tools, and foundational information systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or equivalent tech field.
• Three years hands-on networking or IT experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud-based tools.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and supervise a diverse group of students at various times and locations.
• Engage students and support their success and instructional excellence.
• Prepare syllabi and assessments for each course.
• Utilize varied instructional methods and classroom technology.
• Advise students and refer to resources as needed.
• Build professional relationships with students, faculty, and community.
• Submit required reports and participate in department meetings.
