Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the industrial sector or in a vocation aligned with the field/lab activities.
• An Associate Degree or higher with 3 years of professional experience OR industry recognized certifications/licenses, if applicable, and 5 years of professional experience in the vocation.

Responsibilities

• Instruct industry program-related courses and labs aligned with professional experience and certifications.
• Provide instruction ensuring student achievement of CLOs, credentials, and certifications.
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to maximize success in classroom and lab settings.
• Develop and update curriculum and instructional materials for traditional, hybrid, and online formats.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations in classroom and field instruction.
• Maintain accurate records required by regulators and the institution.
• Operate and train students on regulated industrial equipment with proper safety procedures.
• Participate in program development and outreach to strengthen program visibility and industry engagement.
