Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years professional experience in construction or transportation industry and related licenses/certifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Blackboard) or willingness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and varied schedules.

Responsibilities

• Teach Construction & Transportation courses per subject matter and industry standards.
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to maximize CLO attainment.
• Develop and update curriculum and materials for traditional, hybrid, and online formats.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations in classroom and field instruction.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by regulators.
