Job summary

ASRC Federal Holding Company is seeking a Microsoft 365 Product Manager (Product Success SME) to support the DoWEA contract. This 100% remote role requires an active Secret clearance and Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in enterprise Microsoft 365 services.

The person will bridge technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users to drive adoption, governance, automation, and continuous improvement across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and related services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience with Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Groups, Intune, and related services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate Microsoft 365 services and platforms.
• Review roadmap announcements and assess impacts for actions.
• Analyze usage data and user feedback to improve adoption and experience.
• Document business requirements and translate into recommendations for governance and automation.
• Support release readiness, change management, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop training materials, guides, and stakeholder communications.
