Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a highly qualified Microsoft 365 Product Manager (Product Success SME) to support the DoWEA Enterprise Cybersecurity Support Services contract. This position is 100% remote.

Active Secret Clearance Required. The product manager will bridge technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users to support adoption, release readiness, governance, automation, and continuous improvement across Microsoft 365 offerings.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Groups, Intune, and related services.
• Experience monitoring roadmaps, feature releases, service changes, and product adoption activities.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating user needs into technology recommendations.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 adoption, training, communications, or organizational change initiatives.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, automation, governance assessments, or operational analytics.
• Experience using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, Power BI for Microsoft 365 administration or governance.
• Experience supporting governance, compliance, lifecycle management, or operational improvement efforts.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Groups, Intune, Power Platform, Copilot).
• Review roadmap announcements, feature releases, and service changes for organizational impact.
• Analyze usage, adoption metrics, feedback, and support data to improve user experience and platform effectiveness.
• Gather business requirements and translate needs into recommendations for collaboration, governance, and automation.
• Support release readiness, change management, pilots, UAT, and validation with Government personnel and teams.
• Develop training materials, job aids, user guides, and communications; conduct demonstrations and workshops.
• Develop scripts, dashboards, and reports using PowerShell, Graph, Power Platform, BI; maintain governance reporting.
• Monitor assets for governance issues, inactive resources, compliance gaps, and lifecycle management.
• Create automated methods for inventory collection, compliance validation, configuration analysis, governance monitoring, and reporting.
• Coordinate with admins, cybersecurity, compliance, trainers, and stakeholders to meet security and governance requirements.
• Support readiness and adoption for Copilot and emerging capabilities, including governance considerations and training needs.
• Provide analysis, recommendations, and implementation support to Government personnel while preserving decision authority.
