Job summary

Human Services Management Corporation (HSMC) is seeking a Microsoft Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, stability, and support of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and on-premises Active Directory. This role leads the Microsoft Analyst team and IT Tech Supervisor, ensuring reliable service delivery and alignment with organizational policies.

You will collaborate with Security and Infrastructure leadership to implement lifecycle, access management, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of management experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and on-premises Active Directory.
• Experience in hybrid environments (cloud and on-prem AD).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Applications.
• Strong background in IT operations, user administration, and endpoint/device management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Microsoft Analyst Team and the IT Tech Supervisor.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and on-prem AD environments.
• Monitor system health, performance, and service availability.
• Maintain tenant configurations, directory sync, licensing, device management policies, and platform updates.
• Perform routine system checks, respond to alerts, and track performance trends.
• Use PowerShell to support routine administrative tasks and efficiencies.
