Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking an Intern - Technical Management within the Business Operations family. The role offers hybrid work options with potential remote weeks and an hourly base pay range.

You will gain exposure to Microsoft 365 Operations, collaborate with seasoned engineers, and contribute to meaningful projects while developing professional skills. As an intern, you’ll work with a mentor, receive onboarding, and participate in data analysis, process improvements, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate with graduation date not before December 2027.
• Background check required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on projects, data analysis, and promoting organizational change.
• Learn about and potentially perform day-to-day duties of various M365 Operations roles focused on SharePoint, Teams, and/or Exchange email technologies.
• Perform data analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Assist in creating and maintaining troubleshooting guides and best practice documentation.
• Support initiatives to increase user awareness.

The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Microsoft 365 Operations offers opportunities to collaborate with seasoned engineers, analyze new features, and enhance applications within the platform. Interns with the M365 Ops Team will have opportunities to gain technical skills utilizing various enterprise level applications and provide valuable input to improve the user experience. Key Focus Areas & Responsibilities:

• Project collaboration, data analysis, and promoting organizational change.
• Learning about and potentially performing day-to-day duties of various M365 Operations roles focused on SharePoint, Teams, and/or Exchange email technologies.
• Performing data analysis and identifying opportunities for process improvement & proactive resolution.
• Assisting in creating and maintaining troubleshooting guides and best practice documentation.
• Support initiatives to increase user awareness.
• Stretch assignments as offered either within M365 Operations Team or by the Intern program.
