Job summary

Cox Enterprises seeks Microsoft 365 Operations Interns to join our team and learn from the best while contributing to SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange efforts.

As an undergraduate intern, you will engage in data analysis, process improvements, and documentation with a dedicated mentor and supportive team, gaining hands-on exposure to enterprise applications and impactful projects.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Undergraduate with a graduation date not before December 2027.
• Subject to a background check.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

• Project collaboration, data analysis, and promoting organizational change.
• Learning about and potentially performing day-to-day duties of various M365 Operations roles focused on SharePoint, Teams, and/or Exchange.
• Performing data analysis and identifying opportunities for process improvement & proactive resolution.
• Assisting in creating and maintaining troubleshooting guides and best practice documentation.
• Support initiatives to increase user awareness.
• Stretch assignments as offered within M365 Operations Team or by the Intern program.

Microsoft 365 Operations offers opportunities to collaborate with seasoned engineers, analyze new features, and enhance applications within the platform. Interns with the M365 Ops Team will have opportunities to gain technical skills utilizing various enterprise level applications and provide valuable input to improve the user experience. We're looking for curious minds, who are interested in exploring new ideas, learning from others, and demonstrate an eagerness to try something new!

Key Focus Areas & Responsibilities:

• Performing data analysis and identifying opportunities for process improvement & proactive resolution.
• Assisting in creating and maintaining troubleshooting guides and best practice documentation.
• Support initiatives to increase user awareness.
• Stretch assignments as offered either within M365 Operations Team or by the Intern program.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and remote collaboration tools, such as Teams, Zoom, and/or Slack is a plus

Requirements:

USD 24.23 - 36.35 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly pay rate is in the range of $24.23 - $36.35/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
