Job summary

Cox Enterprises invites undergraduates to join the Microsoft 365 Operations Internship, gaining hands-on experience with SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange. Compensation Hourly base pay rate is $24.23 - $36.35/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Overview:

Microsoft 365 Operations offers opportunities to collaborate with seasoned engineers, analyze new features, and enhance applications within the platform. Interns with the M365 Ops Team will have opportunities to gain technical skills utilizing various enterprise level applications and provide valuable input to improve the user experience. We’re looking for curious minds, who are interested in exploring new ideas, learning from others, and demonstrate an eagerness to try something new!

Key Focus Areas & Responsibilities:

• Project collaboration, data analysis, and promoting organizational change.
• Learning about and potentially performing day-to-day duties of various M365 Operations roles focused on SharePoint, Teams, and/or Exchange email technologies.
• Performing data analysis and identifying opportunities for process improvement & proactive resolution.
• Assisting in creating and maintaining troubleshooting guides and best practice documentation.
• Support initiatives to increase user awareness.
• Stretch assignments as offered either within M365 Operations Team or by the Intern program.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and remote collaboration tools, such as Teams, Zoom, and/or Slack is a plus
