Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to support a global enterprise environment with over 150,000 users. The role covers administration, security, and automation of Microsoft 365 services and related technologies across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID.

You will work with security, networking, and engineering teams to ensure availability, performance, and governance while driving modernization and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 in large-scale enterprise environments.
• 6+ years of experience administering Proofpoint in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
• Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory environments.
• Experience implementing Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and identity security controls.
• Strong experience with email security platforms such as Proofpoint and Defender for Office 365.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Experience administering Windows Server and Linux systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Entra ID, and Purview.
• Manage enterprise messaging infrastructure, mail flow, transport rules, and email security in a global environment.
• Configure and optimize email security using Proofpoint.
• Implement and manage DMARC, SPF, and DKIM.
• Develop PowerShell automation to streamline operations and reliability.
• Manage identity controls including CA, MFA, SSO, and PIM.
• Monitor performance, security, and availability; troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with security, networking, and engineering teams on scalable solutions.
• Document procedures, standards, and knowledge base content.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
